The CRM for mail houses and direct mail companies

AshwoodCRM is for the mail house, lettershop or mail service provider that runs the mail, and for the people who sell it. Your mail buyers and their follow-ups sit in one place.

Track a mail piece from the CRM

Once your Mailer ID's tracking data is shared with your workspace, enter an IMb barcode for a piece, a tray or a container and see where USPS scanned it. You can trace a list of barcodes at once.

Measure your own mailings

Plan a mailing with a drop date and a list. Print the QR code and the link the CRM gives you on the piece. You see how many people visited, who filled in your web form, the response rate against the list you mailed, and the cost per response from the cost you enter.

Email campaigns in batches

Send an email campaign to a list you choose, in batches of the size you pick. Skip anyone contacted in the last few days, and never send the campaign to the same person twice.

Calls, email and orders on the buyer's record

When you connect Aircall and Gmail, each call, text and email is added to the contact it belongs to. With NetSuite connected, each buyer's orders and estimates show there too.

The activity timeline: a time column, then rows for calls, notes, new contacts, deals, texts, tasks and email, grouped by day and filtered by type.

Questions

  • Is this a tool for sending direct mail?

No. AshwoodCRM is the sales CRM for the company that does the mailing. You keep your own presort and production software.

  • Can we track mail for our clients' Mailer IDs?

Tell us which Mailer IDs you prepare mail for when you request access. We tell you what can be traced.

  • Do we need NetSuite or Aircall?
